How to inspire friends? I've been looking for an answer to this since years but haven't yet found a perfect one. However, all that I could discover is that it's entirely different from the ways I use to inspire my colleagues and subordinates. Certain feelings cannot be sketched in words, certain words cannot serve the purpose. So the best way is to reach out to them with some inspirational thoughts and wishes in a bit different way .... not just writing them mails. Just try this out.

People would come in and go away from our lives
But only a few -- too few, would stay close to the hearts
And would leave their foot prints over there.

Friends are those rare gems that are seldom found in this world. Whatever adjective you add to the very word "Friend" -- Best Friend, Trusted Friend, Close Friend .... they mean all the same. Because real friendship cannot have different colors -- but always white -- the symbol of pureness and free of evil thoughts.

Ok, now one if the most common problem found in celebrity friendships is the problem of knowing someone for who they are actually within themselves. Yes -- not a joke really. The blaze of fame tends to eclipse their inner persons and it's really hard to find out what's in them. Especially for the celebrities it becomes really difficult to find the soul mates, although Sienna-Keira friendship story is not the only example in this planet. Anne Hathaway and Meryl Streep also seemed to have became good friends during filmimng of 'The Devil Wears Prada'. Again it's also very true that such friendships develop overnight while working together in films but a pity that many of them get floundered overnight too when the filming's over.

Ok. I don't want to scoop out the pros and cons of the celebrity friendships, nor do I want to discuss much about why cannot celebrities maintain a life long friendship. But all that I want to say that good friends are seldom found in this world, where we've lost our innocence and the ability to evaluate the true value of friendship. Hats off the age old secret friendship of Marilyn and Jackie, although their friendship is believed to have pillared by their love for a same person -- John F Kennedy

Sienna Miller, 25, and Keira Knightley, 22 -- the two actresses who are currently filming "The Edge of Love" in Wales, have become good friends since they were cast in the movie about Dylan Thomas -- the Welsh poet. Sienna has reached out with the heart full of friendly thoughts to share with the beautiful star of "Pirates of the Caribbean". And their friendship is really at its zenith. May God bless them and their friendship. She really loves her new friend and she thinks that she has got a nice friend for life and she has a real blast hanging around with her new friend.

I just wanted to share something very interesting with all my Jewish brothers and sisters. I remember the last New Year's eve, I was invited to one of friends' New year party . It was really awesome.

The party started with a sudden flash of fireworks that adorned the dark sky with glaring colors, sprinkling down like the colorful fountain of fire, breaking the silence. The music started to rock the guests and we all danced and clapped and laughed and greeted the New Year.

We had a lot of yummy dishes -- the most special one was the Old Fashioned Peach Ice Cream that has become an unforgettable chapter of my life.
